I do siedo karate two times a week. I do punches, kicks, blocks, stretches and lots more. At the moment I'm a white belt so just a beginner but its still great fun.
There's lots of dojos (a place where you do karate) out there so be shore to try. :)

Frog trap

Bright blue flowers everywhere. A cold breeze fills the jungle. A small green Frog positioned on a flower, silent and still, waiting for its yummy dinner to fly by. its rough green skin camouflaging it in the undergrowth a great but deadly trap.
